• Because our embroidered shirts are made when ordered and personalized products, we do not accept returns. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us via message or email. We will give you the best solution.
• Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address. We are not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and police office for a stolen/lost package.
• If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Shipping time = Processing time + Delivery time

Manufacturing during the majority of the year takes between 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) however can take more than a week during the heaviest shopping times of the year. • Washes beautifully at 30 degrees. Use only non-chlorine bleach if necessary.
• Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out if needed. Don't iron directly on the embroidery.
